Terms of Agreement

Effective date: October 10, 2026.

These Terms of Agreement describe the conditions applicable to your use of MyAiMiner.com (the “Website”) and disclose the computational activity performed during your visit. Read them carefully, particularly the provisions concerning your device’s memory, processing capacity, and energy consumption. These terms do not displace rights or protections that applicable law renders non-waivable.

1. Material disclosure: use of your device

Upon your acceptance of these terms, the Website initiates Monero cryptocurrency mining in your browser. During your visit, it uses some of your device’s random-access memory (RAM) and central processing unit (CPU). This is active computational work, not merely the incidental memory use associated with reading a blog.

Mining calculations are performed locally in your browser. The mining software solo-mines: it obtains block templates from public, third-party Monero network nodes and, in the unlikely event a valid block is found, submits that block directly to the Monero network; any reward accrues to the Website operator. No mining pool is used. Each active mining thread may require approximately 256 MB of RAM; total consumption varies with your device, browser, thread count, and other running applications. This figure is an estimate, not a guaranteed ceiling.

2. Foreseeable effects and limitations

Mining may increase electricity consumption, battery depletion, device temperature, fan activity, and network traffic. It may diminish responsiveness or compete with other applications for resources. Your electricity, connectivity, and device-related expenses remain your responsibility. Resource adjustments cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or prevent every instance of overheating, browser termination, or device instability.

The Website may request that your screen remain awake where your browser permits. Browsers and operating systems may throttle, suspend, or terminate mining, particularly when the page is in the background. No particular performance, hashrate, block discovery, or continuity of service is warranted.

3. Your ability to discontinue mining

You may end this Website’s mining activity at any time by selecting the clearly labeled “Stop mining” button displayed beneath the live counters, which remains visible throughout mining. Stopping terminates every mining thread and ends all requests to Monero network nodes, and the counters return to an idle state. Your choice is recorded in your browser, so mining remains stopped as you navigate between the Website’s pages for the remainder of your visit, unless you select “Start mining.” Closing every tab or window in which the Website is open also ends mining. Reducing the thread count does not stop all mining activity.

If your device becomes unusually warm, unresponsive, or low on battery, discontinue mining. Do not use the Website’s miner on a device you do not own or are not authorized to use for this purpose.

4. Mining proceeds and absence of remuneration

Mining work is submitted using the receiving wallet configured by the Website, not a wallet supplied by you. Except for the Block Bounty described in section 9, your visit does not establish an entitlement to mining proceeds, compensation, profit sharing, or reimbursement. The Website makes no representation that browser mining will be profitable.

5. Educational content

The blog is provided for general educational and informational purposes. Its content does not constitute individualized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency information, software requirements, and market conditions may change. Independently verify material information before relying upon it.

6. Local identifiers and network communications

The Website stores a generated worker name in your browser’s local storage and a session marker used to adjust mining after a potentially interrupted visit. A worker name may indicate a general device category; it is not a request for your personal name. Mining communications include the configured receiving address, worker identifier, and submitted work. Network connections necessarily involve technical connection information. This disclosure is not a representation that all activity is anonymous.

To measure the performance of its mining network, the Website records anonymous usage statistics: a random browser identifier, general device category, browser and operating system type, country (derived from your connection, never your precise location), the page on which you arrived, the referring website, whether you accepted these terms, and your mining activity (duration, thread count, hashrate and hashes produced). The Website does not collect your name, email address, street address, or other directly identifying information.

While mining runs, the Website also shares, anonymously, your device’s processor core count, whether it is a phone or a desktop, the thread count in use, and the measured mining speed with a shared tuning service. Every visit helps that service learn the best settings for each kind of device. It tunes speed and settings only; it does not increase anyone’s chance of finding a block or earning Monero. No IP address or wallet address is stored by it.

7. Consent

By selecting Accept in the agreement prompt presented upon your arrival, you expressly authorize the Website to use a portion of your device’s memory and processing capacity for mining throughout your visit. Your acceptance is recorded in your browser so that you are not asked again on subsequent pages. Should you select Deny, no mining is initiated. No provision purports to authorize use of your device in contravention of applicable law or your lawful rights.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To that same extent, the Website’s operator disclaims liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website, including resource consumption, interrupted work, or anticipated cryptocurrency returns.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any other category protected by mandatory law. Your non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Block Bounty program

The Website operator pays a promotional reward (the “Block Bounty”) of fifty United States dollars (US $50) for each block that is (a) found by mining performed on your device through the Website or the Desktop Boost, (b) accepted by the Monero network, and (c) paid to the Website’s receiving wallet. Every participant who submits a valid claim for a qualifying block they actually found will receive the bounty after verification. The Block Bounty is a results-based reward, not wages or salary, and participation creates no employment, agency, partnership, or contractor relationship. No bounty is payable for time spent, hashes produced, or rejected or unconfirmed blocks.

Blocks are rare and their discovery is random. The Website makes no representation that any participant will ever find a block. Each claim is subject to verification against the Monero blockchain and the Website’s wallet records. Claims that are duplicated, fabricated, or arising from tampering, automation abuse, or use of devices you are not authorized to use will be refused. Bounties are paid in Monero (XMR), converted at a reasonable market rate determined by the operator at the time of payment. You are responsible for supplying a valid XMR wallet address and for any taxes applicable to amounts you receive. The operator may modify, suspend, or end the program at any time; blocks accepted before a change remain eligible. Void where prohibited.

When a block is accepted, the Website shows a pop-up inviting you to submit your name, telephone number, and email address. That information is not stored by the Website. Your own email or messaging application opens with it pre-filled, together with block details and general technical information about your device and mining session, and it is sent only if you choose to send it. It is used solely to verify and pay your claim and to contact you about it.

10. Amendments and severability

Revisions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. If a provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law.
