How do I check my stats on SupportXMR?

You can check your SupportXMR stats by opening the pool’s official website and looking up the Monero wallet address you use for mining. Your dashboard should show your mining speed, submitted work, unpaid balance, and payment history—you do not need to connect your wallet or share any secret keys.

Find your mining dashboard

Open SupportXMR’s official site and find the wallet-address lookup or miner dashboard. The exact label and layout may change.

  1. Copy the public Monero receiving address entered in your mining setup.
  2. Paste it into the dashboard’s address field.
  3. Open the results, then bookmark that page if you want an easy way back.

Use the address your miner actually sends to the pool. If you look up a different address from your wallet, you may see no activity.

Your public address is enough to look up pool records. Never enter your wallet’s seed phrase, the secret words that restore your wallet, or your private keys. A request for either is a warning sign.

Read your mining activity

The most useful figures tell you whether the pool is receiving your work:

  • Hashrate: Your estimated mining speed, usually shown in hashes per second, or H/s. A hash is one calculation your processor makes while mining.
  • Shares: Small proofs of completed work that your miner submits to the pool. Accepted shares show that your work is reaching it successfully.
  • Workers: Separate mining devices or miner instances, when your setup supplies names and the dashboard displays them.
  • Last share: The time the pool most recently received a share from your setup, if shown.

Your pool hashrate will not always match the number in your mining software. The software measures local speed; the pool estimates speed from submitted shares over time. Short-term differences are normal, especially with a slow device. Compare longer averages rather than one refresh.

Check your balance and payments

Look for your unpaid balance, meaning mining rewards credited to you but not yet sent to your wallet.

Then check the payment history and the pool’s current payout threshold—the minimum balance required before it sends a payment. Do not assume a threshold quoted in an old guide is still correct.

If a payment is listed, check its transaction identifier against your wallet’s transaction history. Make sure your wallet has finished syncing, meaning it has caught up with the network. Normal received Monero funds need 10 confirmations before they become spendable.

A Monero explorer can help confirm that a transaction exists, but Monero’s privacy features mean it will not publicly display your receiving address and payment amount.

If your stats are missing

First, check your miner’s connection log for accepted shares. Simply running the program does not prove that SupportXMR is receiving work.

Also check that:

  • Your configured pool really is SupportXMR.
  • Your payout address matches your dashboard lookup exactly.
  • Your miner has had time to submit shares and the dashboard to refresh.

If you mine through a browser service, it may submit work under its own pool address. In that case, check that service’s dashboard; your personal address may show nothing on SupportXMR.

The bottom line

Look up the exact public address in your mining configuration. Check accepted shares first, then your longer-term hashrate, unpaid balance, and payment history. Keep your wallet secrets out of every pool dashboard.
